      LOCAL PICK UP AT HOMEWORKS ETC. IN LANGLEY

      BY SELECTING PICK UP, YOU AGREE TO ALL THESE TERMS.

      Homeworks Etc. is a home decor boutique in Langley that has graciously allowed Mint & Birch to use their retail location as a pick up spot for Mint & Birch customers.  Please note that Homework’s Etc. is a separate business from Mint & Birch and that their retail location is a separate business. In other words, they will not be able to assist with customer service - all questions need to be directed to me (Jessica) at Mint & Birch. 

      To process your order for pick up, please select pick up at check out! 

      BY SELECTING PICK UP, YOU AGREE TO ALL THESE TERMS:  

      • Please select pick up ONLY if you will pick up. Your order cannot be switched to shipping after you have set it for pick up. 
      • Please note that as Homeworks Etc. is a separate business, that their employees are not customer service representatives for Mint & Birch and all questions and concerns are to be directed to me (Jessica) at Mint & Birch. Please follow COVID-19 procedures and treat Homeworks Etc. staff with respect. This is an extra task that they are taking on in allowing us to do pick up, so please be kind.
      • Please ensure you contact me to let me know your item has been picked up  so that I can mark your order as completed. (Contact information will also be provided at pick-up again). 
      • Please do not pick up anyone else's necklace. The person who orders must be the person who picks up the necklace to prevent necklaces from being mixed up.
      • With pick up, loss or theft of items is not covered by Canada Post insurance since it isn't being handled by Canada Post. Whereas with shipping, packages are insured by Canada Post. With shipping, should loss/theft happen, Canada Post would reimburse for loss/theft. If something happens to your necklace (loss or theft), there may not be a way to claim losses. Mint & Birch will have visual proof of packages being dropped of at Homeworks Etc. By selecting pick up, you are recognizing and acknowledging the risk of theft/loss associated with pick up.
      • Curbside pick-up is NOT available. You must be able to go into the store to pick up.
